COVID-19 Hygiene, Cleaning, and Protective Measures
The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed, or cancelled without sufficient notice, I am often unable to fill the vacancy, causing a substantial financial impact to the business.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with me, I request that you do so within 12 hours. Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled services. A missed appointment will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled services.
If you are unable to commit to appointments in advance, I recommend texting the salon at 608-250-0058 and asking to be put on the wait list. Should an opening in the schedule occur, you will receive a text notification and will have the opportunity to reserve that time for yourself.
Late Arrivals
I want you to fully enjoy your time with me, so please arrive promptly for your service. All services are designed to deliver the most benefit within the time allotted. As a courtesy to other guests, I am unable to extend service times. While I make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your service may have to be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will apply.
Checks
A $25 returned item fee will be charged for all checks returned by a finacial institution.
While I understand that life happens, if a check is returned, future payment will only be accepted by cash or card and prepayment for future appointments may be required.
Service Issues/Refund
Age Restrictions
Right to Refuse Service
For your safety, comfort, and satisfaction, Crowning Touch Nails reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion when necessary. More than anything, I want to ensure you have a great experience at the salon and leave happy with the work I do. Please trust my judgement as a trained professional.
Duty to Inform
Your health and safety are of paramount importance to me. I trust the information you provide on your client intake form. Successful service execution requires your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations, as well as informing me of any changes to your health history and medications. Crowning Touch Nails will not be responsible for any adverse reactions to services rendered in circumstances where a guest has failed to inform me of contradicting conditions.
Scope of Practice
In Wisconsin, State law prohibits professionals from diagnosing or treating clients with nail abnormalities of any kind. Should it be determined that you are ineligible for service, I am required refer you to your physician. When the condition has resolved, you are more than welcome to return with a note from your physician that you are eligible for services again.
